Committee	Chairperson	Description
Attendance & Reception	Eric Rogers	The attendance and reception committee fosters increased member participation in chapter affairs (particularly at chapter meetings), greets members and guests at all meetings, and helps promote and attract new members by maintaining proper records of member and guest attendance.
History	Brian Ingenthron	This committee provides the yearly upgrades required by Society. They range from the History of a Member, Company, Chapter etc. For those who might have information to provide to the committee please contact the chairman.
Honors & Awards	David Zimmerman	This committee provides applications and information on various chapter, regional, and society awards.
HRATEC	Pat O’Brien	The HRATEC committee plans and coordinates a full-day seminar each year that provides an in-depth, technical program on a specific topic.
Membership	Vince Stanec	The Membership Committee promotes and coordinates membership in both the local chapter and national ASHRAE Society. They are your contact for information on membership status, information on how to join,address or employment changes, or any other membership related problem or question.
Program	Pat O’Brien	The program committee plans and coordinates the programs for the monthly chapter meetings, including schedules, displays, and program speakers.

Research Promotion	Trace Laux	The Research Promotion Committee raises funds locally for the ASHRAE Research Promotion Drive. ASHRAE research projects result in technical papers, standards, and improved handbooks for the HVAC & Refrigeration industry.
Scholarship	Jim Ertel	The scholarship committee is responsible for awarding scholarships to outstanding college students interested in the HVAC field.

Student Activities	Jim Ertel	The student activities committee is responsible for promoting the HVAC industry to elementary, high school, college and graduate students.
TEGA (Technology, Energy, and Government Affairs)	Robert Glunt	This committee's purpose is to inform the chapter membership of technical, energy, and government affairs activities and materials.
